Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions.
Please read these terms alongside the product description, Digital Delivery Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and risk disclosures before ordering.
1. Website operator and scope
Effective date: 07/09/2026
This policy applies to purchases and use of www.onetradeai.net, operated as ONE TRADE, a unit of YASH MEDICAL.
ONE TRADE, a unit of YASH MEDICAL.

“We”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the One Trade unit. “You” refers to the person using the website or purchasing a product. These terms cover this website and its educational products; they do not create an investment-adviser, broker or portfolio-management relationship.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the purchase contract. Provide accurate billing and contact information, use a payment method you are authorised to use, and keep your account credentials private. You may not misrepresent your location to evade restrictions.
3. Product descriptions and orders
The individual product page defines the material supplied, its format, language, contents, prerequisites and access conditions. Read that information before placing an order. A website article or general learning pathway does not add unlisted features to a paid product.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order. Payment confirmation and the order status determine when access is supplied under the Delivery Policy. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will inform you and provide the applicable refund. A pricing or availability error will not be used to charge a higher amount without your agreement.
4. Pricing, currency and payment
The order summary shows the items, applicable charges and payable currency before you submit payment. A foreign-currency display should not be assumed to be the settlement currency; check the final currency code. Your payment provider may impose separate conversion or international fees.
Only the payment methods offered for the order may be used. A payment-method logo, if displayed, identifies an available method and does not mean the provider endorses the content. These educational purchases are not deposits or investments. No recurring charge is authorised unless a product expressly offers a subscription and you separately agree to its billing terms.
5. Digital access and included services
Delivery is electronic, as explained in the Digital Delivery Policy. Check the product-specific access duration and download conditions. Streaming access does not include a downloadable video unless expressly listed. There is no general lifetime-access or continuous-update promise.
Internet service, a compatible device and any third-party tool expressly identified as a requirement are your responsibility. A course does not include a brokerage account, trading capital, personal mentoring or a third-party subscription merely because these subjects are mentioned in an explanation.
6. Personal-use licence
Unless the product states otherwise, a purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied material for your own learning within the stated access conditions. It does not transfer copyright.
Do not redistribute, resell, publish, share account access, remove rights notices or bypass technical access controls. This does not restrict uses that applicable law permits regardless of these terms. If a purchase is fully refunded, stop using and delete retained copies except where law requires or permits retention.
7. Educational limitations
Materials are general education, not individual investment, legal or tax advice. Examples illustrate a concept and should not be treated as current recommendations or evidence of likely returns. You should independently verify information and consult an appropriately authorised professional for advice suited to your circumstances.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or outdated. Neither a disclaimer nor an AI tool removes the need for independent judgement. Read the Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure.
8. Refunds, cancellation and complaints
Our Refund Policy sets out the voluntary 14-day refund offer and the remedies for delivery or product issues. Mandatory consumer rights are not reduced by these terms, by accessing a file or by using a lesson.
For a complaint, use the grievance details on the Contact page. You remain free to use an applicable consumer authority, court or payment-provider dispute process.
9. Misuse and service interruption
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unauthorised sharing, fraud, security concerns or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve an error. Access restrictions do not remove any refund or other remedy required by law.
If a service interruption materially prevents us from providing the access purchased, contact us for restoration or an appropriate remedy. We will not rely on a general service-availability statement to avoid supplying what was sold.
10. Responsibility and applicable law
We do not promise a financial outcome from using educational materials. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. We do not impose a blanket waiver for a defective or undelivered product.
Indian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections available in your place of residence. This provision does not require you to give up a legally available local consumer forum. Product and policy changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise or you agree to a change.
